Avalon Naples is a small, code-gated community located in the prestigious, master-planned golf community of Pelican Bay. Located on the corner of Pelican Bay Boulevard and Hammock Oak Drive at the North end of Pelican Bay are 174 carriage-style homes reminiscent of Mediterranean architecture built between 1992 and 1994. Though a quaint neighborhood, Avalon Naples boast pure luxury through its distinct Mediterranean architecture and posh interior. Residences range anywhere from 1,275 square feet to 1,850 square feet of living space with some homes featuring an attached one-car garage, a private courtyard entrance and other units featuring one assigned parking space for each unit owner. The Avalon units all overlook picturesque views of sparkling lakes, lush landscape, or protected nature preserves. These carriage homes have two, three, or four bedrooms with a minimum of two bathrooms. Being that Avalon rests inside Pelican Bay, residents share all the unrivaled amenities Pelican Bay has to offer. The finest and the most frequented amenity is private beach access. Residents can sun bathe under the three mile stretch of pristine beachfront. Being that Avalon is situated on the North end of Pelican bay, residents have access to the beach via a tram service only a short distance away. On-site restaurants like Sunset Café and the Sandbar are available seasonally. Restaurant Marker 26 is available on the North end of the beach offering elegant beach dining. Residents can participate in the most active tennis communities in Southwest Florida. Pelican Bay features two tennis complexes that has eighteen courts. Pelican Bay offers a little bit of everything for tennis enthusiasts that include tennis leagues, round-robins, professional instruction or special events. Other amenities offered at Pelican Bay include sailing and kayaking, fully equipped fitness center, wellness studio, nutrition and health center, Estuary canoeing and kayaking, tram system, and various outdoor recreational activities. Although Pelican Bay offers its own list of amenities, residents of Avalon don’t have to go off-site to enjoy amenities equally as outstanding. On-site amenities include a community pool, hot tub, full-service fitness center, and a clubhouse.
